Andrew R. Elliott
Andrew Elliott was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He attended Santa Clara University where he was a member of the University Honors Program. He graduated in 1999 with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science.

Following his undergraduate education, Andrew Elliott spent a year working as a paralegal at Cooley Godward, LLP in Palo Alto, California in the corporate securities department. He then attended the University of Oregon School Of Law.

While in Law School, Andrew Elliott participated in multiple moot court competitions. He represented the University of Oregon at the regional level in a civil mock trial competition and at the national level in a criminal mock trial competition. He was also a founding member and officer in the Criminal Law Association.

Andrew Elliott has focused his legal career on traffic and criminal law. He worked as a prosecutor in Lane County, Oregon, trying DUI and misdemeanor cases. Since moving to Seattle, he has worked as a public defender and as a private attorney on a wide variety of criminal cases.

Andrew Elliott is actively involved in many legal organizations. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Washington Defenders Association. He also serves on two standing committees through the Washington State Bar Association.
